What We Collect

When you book a drop-off we receive your name, phone number, email, town, your cut sheet choices, any GameReg confirmation number and special instructions you enter, plus the booking's price details. When you send a question we receive what you type. We use this only to process your deer, contact you about your booking and answer your request.

How Your Request Reaches Us

Bookings are stored in a secure database (Neon, hosted for this site through Vercel) so we can manage drop-offs, and confirmation emails are sent through an email delivery service. This site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard request data (like your IP address) to deliver the pages. If you tap Show Map, Google Maps loads and Google's privacy policy applies to it.

Cookies and Your Choices

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser and you can change it any time with Cookie Settings at the bottom of every page. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as Decline.

We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
